# Winsler

> Winsler is the family office of Victor Guixer. The capital is his. A small number of families sit alongside him, by invitation, and only when the horizon matches.

Winsler holds private equity, credit, real estate, listed equities, digital assets, art and wine. The standard is conviction capital across generations. Investing with discernment.

This page is a description of the office. It is not an offer, a solicitation, or a track record of client mandates.

## The principal

Victor Guixer is the principal.

Winsler is his family office. He also founded [Guixer & Partners](https://www.guixer.com). In September 2026 the investment banking and digital asset operations of that house joined [CLOUT](https://www.cloutcapital.com), so two founder-led firms could reach further on complex mandates. Winsler was not part of that transaction. It remains the office through which he holds what he intends to keep.

Winsler does not conduct investment banking. It does not run a digital-asset execution business. Those activities sit at CLOUT.

## How the capital is held

- A long horizon. He invests to own things that will still matter to the next generation. A quarter is not a reason to move.
- Few relationships. He sits with principals, not with a crowd.
- Done quietly. Positions are taken without announcement, and held the same way.

## What is held

The book is the principal’s own capital. Names of positions are not published.

- **Private equity.** Businesses he would be content to own for a long time. A real advantage, heritage where it exists, and people he trusts with the keys.
- **Credit.** Private credit and structured lending, only where the duration and the risk are plain. Preservation comes before cleverness.
- **Real estate.** Property in places he knows, held for a long time.
- **Listed equities.** A concentrated book. Few names, a clear view, and the discipline to leave the rest of the market alone.
- **Digital assets.** A measured share of his own capital. The execution business sits at CLOUT. This allocation is not that business.
- **Art.** A collection across four centuries, from Old Masters to Modern. Provenance first.
- **Wine.** A cellar, not a trade. Provenance-verified bottles, held to age. Bordeaux, Champagne and Burgundy.

## Beside his capital

Not every cheque is welcome. Capital that sits beside his has to be patient, aligned, and willing to stay through the illiquid years.

- **Conviction.** He commits only where he has a view of his own.
- **Alignment.** A shorter clock belongs somewhere else.
- **Control.** Where the position matters, he takes a seat. Not for its own sake, and not in everything.
- **Endurance.** He holds through the cycle.

Access is earned. He does not market it.
